  • Building my WordPress Portfolio

Since my first WordPress post, I have learned a lot more about building and organizing a complete website. I created a portfolio site with a custom color scheme, navigation menu, header and footer, multiple pages, images with alternative text, and a dedicated blog page. One of the biggest things I have learned is how WordPress uses pages, posts, templates, and navigation differently. It took some experimenting, but the site is starting to come together and feel like my own portfolio. I am continuing to improve the site as I learn more about WordPress, accessibility, web design, and content organization.
